High schools install car-charging stations

The Mountain View-Los Altos Union High School District announced this week that two 240-volt car-charging stations have been installed at both Mountain View and Los Altos high schools, according to a district press release. The chargers and battery storage were provided at no cost by Santa Clara-based Green Charge Networks.
