The customer portal web application includes an automatic data collection from ENGIE Storage’s software controller and other devices. This information is recorded and retained by ENGIE Storage, and may be accessed by you and by us whether or not you subscribe to the Customer Portal Web Application. ENGIE Storage’s controller monitors your data and we collect and report this information, as needed. We retain this information indefinitely, and we may use it for any purpose, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to performance testing/quality assurance, engineering, and product enhancements.

We do our best to safeguard the security of the data you send us and we have taken reasonable precautions to protect against misuse, theft, loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of your personal information.
